Starting Monday, September 13th, 2010, Equipe Jucão USA will be moving to a new location. We are partnering with New York Health and Racquet Club (NYHRC) at 110 West 56th Street. Our training room will be on the 5th floor inside their massive gym. To access the training facilities, go to the front desk before the class and tell them you are there for Jiu-Jitsu, then take the elevator to the 5th floor. From there hang a right and walk up one flight of stairs to the 6th floor and you’ll find us! This gym has locker rooms, showers, and steam rooms.
The new class schedule will be as follows:
Tuesday through Friday - 7:00 – 8:30 a.m.
Tuesday to Saturday – 12:30 – 02:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday – 05:30 p.m. – 07:00 p.m. + 07:00 p.m. – 08:30 p.m.
Our last class at the current Manhattan location is on September 10, 2010. Equipe Jucão USA members will require no additional membership with NYHRC. For new membership inquiries or any questions about this announcement email to equipe.jucao@gmail.com
New York – Professor Ailson “Jucão” Brites surprised the evening class again today by promoting Elijah Fayerman, Gavin Green, and Jason Vasquez to Blue Belt. After having the three train with every student in class in an exhausting drill set, Jucão promoted them right away. Congratulations!

New York – Professor Jucao surprised the evening class today by promoting Dan Quinn, Kevin Shih, and James Simmons to Blue Belt. After having the three train with every student in class in a quick 1-minute drill, Jucao then promoted them on the spot.
